Don’t you feel like when you brown ground beef it is so tedious to break it up with the wooden spoon. We used ground beef in so many things, so I feel like I am always browning it. In some dishes i like it to be finely chopped – like especiallly in Taco Meat. My trick is to use a pastry cutter or potato masher to chop up the beef as its cooking. This is so much easier and faster than using a spatula
