Tomorrow I start my weight loss journey….Again.
But, this time I need to make it last.
So, I want to start out by highlighting some of my favorite weight loss resources.
Gina’s Weight Watcher Recipes – a great place to find yummy recipes with great taste and low points
She also has another blog Skinny Bits where she shares other weight loss information.
Mamavation – this website is great for weight loss encouragement, information and challenges. They are an endless source of motivation wether it be through twitter, their forums, Facebook, and more. Every couple of months they look for a new Mamavation Mom to select and focus on their weight loss journey. Maybe I should apply this session….that would probably REALLY get my butt in gear!
Win, Lose or Blog – This website is not only the journey of several “real-life” people losing weight, but also provides inspiration, tips, and other weight loss information.
Tomorrow I start. It may just be baby steps, but I am going to begin this journey and hopefully you will come along.
