Well, I survived week 1!
The Last Week……
Previous Weeks Goals:
Get 8 glasses of water in per day and Find a good list of go to snacks (snacking is a big problem!)
Week 1 wasn’t filled with a lot of changes in eating. I confess…..it was the last week of summer and we needed to get some last minute summer fun in!! So, I wasn’t as good about tracking or evening eating better.
But, I did find stock up on some good snacks. Thanks to a great suggestion by my WIW Friends I found these yummy Special K Cracker Chips. They come in a multitude of flavors! I also found some great Pretzel Crisps and the Pepperidge Farm Cracker Chips too! This is a good start to the snack list and hope to find even more choices when I go grocery shopping later this week!
I was also better at drinking water. Not quite 8 glasses a day better, but better! Surprisingly the numbers make it look like I was eating SO good! Check it out!

Track all my meals and stay within the calorie guidelines on My Fitness Pal. Also, drink 8 glasses of water a day
