So, in order to train for the 5K (10 weeks away) I am following the Couch to 5K program. I have only done 2 sessions so far and ran for 30 second increments since the program is for 9 weeks I have a little wiggle room.
In the food category I am struggling every day, actually every minute of every day. I have found a few really good recipes that I will be posting later this week. Plus, tootsie rolls are my saving grace for those chocolate cravings. You can have 13 of these for 5 points, so usually I eat about 6-7 throughout the day and that takes care of any cravings. Hopefully some of my effort will show on Tuesday’s weigh-in.
