Every week I even got a tweet telling me that the mamavation sistas were looking forward to my next post on Mamavation Monday. And where was I? Silently cheering in the background, getting down on myself because if I wasn’t doing it well, then why do it at all.
I have been doing a lot of thinking the last couple of weeks and decided it is time again. Food just doesn’t make me feel good like it used to. I walk around with heartburn every day, sometimes all day. I’m tired, sluggish, crabby, and I just don’t feel good about myself.
I know if I go gangbusters though, it will overwhelm me and I will quit again. So I am just starting with little goals.
My goal for this week is to
Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
Sounds simple- right? Well, I fail on this so many times – either I drink a bunch of soda or just forget to drink anything. I just need to make healthy changes babystepping (Remember the movie What about Bob?) it one at a time.
